Communication in-between sessions is structured around package selected.

All information shared in sessions in confidential unless harm to self or others could occur. In this case, appropriate health care professionals will be notified.

Health Coaching should not be confused with receiving medical care, I am not a medical provider. All clients must be under the care of a primary medical provider.
