Who am I?

A life long lover of health, my journey here has been anything but a straight line. I’ve experienced the highs and lows, the good and bad and still continue to seek and crave balance in all things wellness. Sure, I need to get more sleep, eat better, meditate more often (or maybe just even start, ha!), exercise more, etc., etc., etc. However, at this point, my belief is it’s about doing the best you can with what you’ve got— and that’s 100% not the same for everyone. My goals, interests, and challenges evolve at different paces, and often change with the seasons. My underlying mindset is to keep things real and authentic and try to laugh a lot along the way. xo

What do I do?

As a health coach, my role is to facilitate self-guided growth. This means I’m here to help you identify and live out your goals. The topics are wide- and can be focused on YOUR interests. Oftentimes the areas explored are nutrition, fitness, hydration, goal setting, daily habits, behavior change, lifestyle adjustments, family meal planning, and lifestyle adjustments. No two people are alike and no two people have the same genetic makeup, goals, wants, wishes or dreams-- My approach will match where you’d like to direct your energy and all of the effort will be customized for you!

Why JK Wellness

JK Wellness has been a dream in my head for a very long time, put off for a variety of reasons and for way too long. I’ve been setting the foundation for the past 25 years and am excited to share this journey with you! Bioindividuality has never rung more true and it’s at the core of the fundamental framework that JK Wellness is built on. Being true to you and finding the flow of “you” is what it’s all about.

How do we start?

We start with a blank slate. You’ll provide the broad strokes for where we’ll go and the details will be created along the way.
