Who am I?

A lifelong lover of health, my journey here has been anything but a straight line. I’ve experienced the highs and lows, the good and the bad yet still continue to seek and crave balance and synergy in all things wellness. Sure I need to get more sleep, eat better, meditate more often (or maybe just even start, ha!), exercise more, etc., etc., etc. However, at this point my belief is it’s about doing the best you can with what you’ve got— and that’s 100% not going to be the same for me from day-to-day. Needs change and life happens! My goals, interests, and challenges evolve at different paces and often with the seasons. I keep things real and authentic and try to laugh a lot along the way. xo

What do I do?

As a health coach, my role is to facilitate self-guided growth. This means I’m here to help you identify and live out your wellness goals. The topics are wide- and can be focused on your interests. Oftentimes the areas explored are nutrition, fitness, hydration, goal setting, daily habits, behavior change, lifestyle adjustments and family meal planning. No two people are alike and no two people have the same genetic makeup, goals, wants, wishes or dreams-- my approach will match this and be customized for you!

Why JK Wellness

JK Wellness has been a dream in my head for a very long time and the foundation has been built over the past 25+ years. Being true to you and finding the flow of “you” is what it’s all about. Bioindividuality has never rung more true and it’s at the core of the fundamental framework that JK Wellness is built on. I am excited to share this journey with you!

How do we start?

We start with a blank slate. You’ll provide the broad strokes for where we’ll go and the details will be created along the way.
